Alex Johnston, Grant & Learning Manager, Spirit of 2012
Thrive is a digital toolkit and learning resource, funded by Spirit of 2012, which offers practical steps and suggestions to support inactive people become active and improve their wellbeing.
It is supported by a broad range of partners across Scotland and the UK, who have collaborated in its development and who all share a common goal of getting more people active.
It is for practitioners who deliver activities (or who are interested in delivering activities) for people to help them become active. It encourages you to learn, change and consider different ways of delivering your activities within communities. We actively encourage you to provide feedback, share your learning and help us develop Thrive further. The toolkit is publicly available and contains teaching materials and resources to allow as many people as possible to benefit from the learning gained from Glasgow Commonwealth Games Legacy 14 projects.
