Kieran brings sporting and social expertise, as well as great enthusiasm for the work of Spirit

“I welcome this opportunity to join the Board of Spirit of 2012,” said Keiran. “Through its unique approach to investment in sport, the arts and volunteering, Spirit brings measurable impacts on the key issues of social cohesion and well-being in communities across all regions of the UK.”

Kieran has worked for Business in the Community since 1990.  He took on the role of Managing Director of the organisation in January 2011, and has played a leading role in its growth as well as been instrumental in helping stimulate and foster interest in corporate social responsibility in Northern Ireland.

Kieran is also a non-executive director for a number of organisations and has been appointed to the Board of Sport NI.  He is a former Irish League footballer and coach of a number of Irish League and NI Youth International Football Teams. He is also Senior Coach Education Tutor for the Irish Football Association.
