Cultural Shift was a comprehensive three-year programme of dynamic arts activity involving disabled people at every level. The project challenged perceptions of disability, introducing new people to the work of disabled artists and supporting disabled artists to develop their work.
The project built on the strategic partnership between ARC Stockton, a significant cultural venue in the North East of England, and Little Cog, a disability-led arts organisation based in the Tees Valley.
